Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Walker offers primary care services for the whole family. Our team of providers work together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience. We specialize in family medicine to help your whole family stay healthy while providing the care you deserve.
Our Walker location offers:
- Pediatric, adolescent and adult healthcare
- General medical exams and yearly physicals
- Treatment of acute illnesses, such as upper respiratory infections or skin infections
- Immunizations
- Minor surgical procedures (stitches, lesions, etc.)
- Medication management by PharmD provider
- On-site imaging and lab
- Video visits and online scheduling available
Our office also offers convenient on-site access to several services that are located in the same facility.
