When requesting obstetrical care in our labor and delivery unit, all patients will be seen by a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist. Our OB hospitalists will provide 24/7 care for obstetrical patients and patients with gynecological emergency while working closely with your primary obstetrical care provider.
Our Services
- Assists in evaluation and management of laboring patients
- Manages obstetrical emergencies
- Supervises care of resident clinic obstetrical patients
- Complete coverage of laboring patients when requested by community obstetrical care providers
- Interpretation of antenatal testing
- Collaborates with ER physicians in care of patients with gynecologic emergencies
- On-site access to a Level III NICU
