Trinity Health Medical Group, Multiple Sclerosis & Neuroimmunology Clinic - Grand Rapids Campus is the only comprehensive program in West Michigan to be certified as Partners in MS Care by the National MS Society. The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Program at Trinity Health is committed to providing the highest level of diagnosis and long-term care for
individuals with MS.

Our patients, families and other caregivers work collaboratively alongside an inter-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers and occupational and physical therapists. Together, we develop plans and treatments that help patients manage their conditions effectively and lead active, productive lives. Our integrated approach also includes participation in research trials.
