The Trinity Health Rehabilitation team offers a comprehensive program to help individuals overcome injury or illness and regain independence and function. Services include both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation.

With short wait time and comprehensive care in one location, Inpatient Rehab is beneficial for individuals recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, amputation, major trauma, cancer rehabilitation, intrathecal baclofen pump, neurological disorders including Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, multiple sclerosis, other neurologic conditions, and complicated medical conditions with rehab needs.
