Trinity Health IHA Medical Group board-certified dermatopathologists are dedicated to diagnosing the full spectrum of cutaneous disease through a comprehensive dermatopathology laboratory. Microscopic description with clinical correlation, immunohistochemistry procedures and frozen section examinations are included among the onsite available services.

Dr. Olsen completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, MI; followed by a Dermatopathology Fellowship also with the University of Michigan Hospitals.
Dr. DeWall completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, and a Dermatopathology Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in NY.
Dr. VandenBoom completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residence at Loyola University Medical Center, in Maywood IL. He went on to complete a Dermatopathology Fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
