This virtual class covers key topics for new moms and babies during the first few weeks after birth.

Learn about common breastfeeding concerns, pelvic floor and core recovery, healthy nutrition and fitness, and the emotional and physical adjustments of postpartum life from specialists at IHA and Probility.

Moms, partners, and babies ages 2 to 8 weeks are welcome to attend.
