About this event
Free, no-contact car seat checks and education are provided to parents and caregivers by appointment only.Learn how to properly install a car seat, fit it to your child, and harness your child into the seat from a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician! Appointments are held on the third THURSDAY each month at STAR EMS in downtown Pontiac. Registration is required.
Please plan for at least 30 minutes or more for each appointment. Register 1 car seat/child for each appointment time.
Preferred to have child present.
Vehicle must be present for the entire appointment.
Upon Arrival, caregiver will need to complete a waiver and car seat inspection form. Car seat safety appointments are held in an open air area and COVID safety protocol will be observed.
