What This Class Is:
A Group Education Program: This is a supportive, evidence-based group series designed to help participants take proactive steps toward whole-person health through midlife and the menopause transition.
Grounded in Lifestyle Medicine: You'll learn how the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine can support whole health and act as the foundation to help mitigate common symptoms experienced in midlife and the menopause transition, and enhance quality of life.
Focused on Practical Tools and Strategies: Each session offers realistic, actionable steps you can start applying right away, no matter where you are in your journey to improved whole health.
A Space for Shared Learning and Connection: You'll be part of a community of learners, growing together in a safe, supportive environment.

What This Class Is Not:
Not 1:1 medical care: This class is not a substitute for individual medical advice, personalized treatment planning, or one-on-one consultations with your medical providers, or dietitian.
Not focused on a single pillar: While we explore nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and more, this program is designed to provide a broad, balanced overview of the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine rather than an intensive focus on any one area (such as an exercise training program).
Not therapy or mental health counseling: While emotional well-being is an important focus, this program does not replace mental health counseling. We encourage participants needing emotional support to seek care from a licensed mental health professional.
Not a deep dive into menopause hormone therapy. Please contact your provider for information on menopause hormone therapy
