Lisa is very easy to talk to about any concerns I might have about my health and addressed any issues about my well-being. We reviewed my medical prescriptions and up coming vaccinations that might be needed she answered all my questions and concerns ,stated I could call her back with if needed.I felt it was a good visit and review with this provider.
My wife and I were together during this visit. The initial attempt via computer was not successful, so it was conducted via telephone.

She's unable to prescribe narcotics and wouldn't ok anything else. Feeling empathy for those struggling with kidney stone pain and pawned it to another doctor and this was a Friday so more waiting.
The one things Lisa could have done better would have been to ask if i had any other concerns before they prepared to leave.
I was confused about the need for this virtual appointment. 2 hours after this virtual appointment I received a text that I had to show up for an appointment with Lisa Cook. Calling in to say I had already talked to her, the phone person was adamant that I had to keep this appointment. After pressing her she said it was a phone call that would happen at 2:15 pm. No call happened. When Lisa and others complete their calls ( as L did calling me 2 hours early ) she / others need to indicate it’s completed.
She never asked me if I had any questions except if I had a means of measuring my blood presure, When I said, "No" there was no further comment nor suggestion.
She is nice, with warm voice, accommodating

As I said, this wellness visit was a total waste of time. I regret that my insurance company had to pay anything for this. I view it as a Trinity Health money grab. Nothing less. Nothing more. Please don’t ever ask me or my wife to do this again!!!!!!!!!
