Comfortable visit

Provider was requested to have this appointment by the treating doctor form North Ottawa Hospital; provider seemed rushed and had forgotten to schedule an appointment with a different care giver per my request at this meeting and had to be reminded.

She always takes time and listens to what I have to say and gives positive feedback.

I know it's not just her, but there seem to be loud only to be able to discuss one issue. If you try to bring up another one it doesn't seem to be addressed because there's not enough time allowed for them to do that. The appointment is for one thing and that's pretty much it. I don't think it's the Jennifer's problem. I think it's the schedulers or what they're allowed to use for each appointment.

I'm so glad I transferred to her. I felt validated, and listened to. I came in feeling shame for my issue, She not let me shame myself and assured me that we would work together to take care of it.

Jennifer N.P. , never had her before, but she was great for first time visit. Dr. Hatt has given my wife superior care for, what, 25 plus years? He is the only doctor I recall her having since we moved here from Pennsylvania in 1997. Will deeply miss him retiring.

I felt it was little stereotypical, sugguesting the usage of needles, which i have never done. Why they would suggest that i dont understand.

Could have discussed dropping dosage of ibuprofen with me before doing so and reasons why. I am intelligent and am entitled to a say in my medical care.
