He was caring and sincere and also congenial.
This provider needs a peer review. He is arrogant. Did not display any empathy to my feelings, the entire visit was a lecture, and looked at his watch told me my time was up and my other questions I would need to make another appointment, then turned and walked out the door. Rude person.
Very Nice Dr. Made me feel at ease right away. He listened to my concerns about my health and explained my options. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bowens.

one thing really saved me . you have dr. bouwens(sp) on staff to cover when other docs are noy available , like friday afternoon when i came..it/he saved me from going to the emergency ward .great idea..
Your drs are not trained properly in current practice and either do not understand the law/rules or lie about them. Additionally, after the Dr walked out on me and telling me to find another office, he lied on the After Visit summary
It felt more like he was socializing rather than being focused on listening to me.
