Provider didn't know anything about me despite me having multiple past appointments with her. She reviewed my lab results and told me to START taking a medication I have been taking for several years and has always been on my medication list. Clearly didn't look at my chart at all

Dr Cooper was detached and did not have a good bedside manner. She was somewhat dismissive about the complaint, but did have imaging done and referred to PT, which was the proper response to the situation, she just wasn't very nice about it. Maybe having a bad day?
