I hated switching insurance as I have been with UofM Health Systems for 20 years and the do not take the new insurance but being forced to find a new PCP, I am happy I selected Dr. Cooper.

This doctor LISTENS!!!!!!! It has been along time since a PCP has been attentive and compassionate to me as a patient; more importantly, as a human being. She listens, she talks TO you not AT you. She is up to date on healing the patient, not just throwing Rx at a condition. Would recommend her to any age of patients.

Provider didn’t know anything about me despite me having multiple past appointments with her. She reviewed my lab results and told me to START taking a medication I have been taking for several years and has always been on my medication list. Clearly didn’t look at my chart at all
