Provider gave helpful information, clearly and concisely, and there was little or no wait at all. I was seen quickly and efficiently.
She was knowledgeable in the areas of care that pertained to me and she was a great listener with intentional communication and feedback.

She did an excellent job. She deserves a raise. First time in all my years at this provider that I was asked about my care in depth and given other options and solutions for my needs. I was happy with the visit.

The wait time to get in and see the provider was extraordinarily long. Also, had to wait a week to get in to see the provider.

Provider was 30 minutes late to my appointment I left work early for and did not get paid for that hour.
She seemed only to half listen. When I asked her about my foot and leg swelling, she said they could look at that another time.
Again, I felt that my concerns were addressed and did not feel rushed.

Not sure how many doctors on staff at Brighton location but I would have had to wait till mid January if I had to see my primary doctor, truly believe thst should not be the acceptable wait time frame nor the norm if there are other doctors to be seen by but option was not offered to see another doctor. I have nothe but pleasant things to say for PA Cali, as she is thevone I was fortunate to jave had time to see me.
