Nikki Taylor has empathy. Her very presence shows concern for you. I was a patient of Dr Peter Paul for over 20 years. When we moved I switched to Arbor West. For 2 years I felt my iheath concerns were not being addressed. I I was so happy when I was scheduled for a wellness visits with Nikki. Nikki is so kind, compassionate and caring. She knows I am a provider myself, but she still took the time to educate me on my symptoms, medications, possible side effects. More than anything, she was compassionate about my new cancer diagnosis, and I sincerely believe without a doubt her offer "if there is anything we can do for you don't hesitate to let us know." It felt really good.
