It felt like she talked down to me, treating me like I was a kid. I also didn’t get any warmth or interest in me as a person from her at all. She came in, barely said hello, and showed no warmth or interest.
The provider did not ask if I knew how to use onhaler, and I know this is ectremely importsnt for user to do it properly to get medication into lungs, just not in mouth. She did remind me why to rinse mouth after use.
Anne and Chloe were kind and listened well and took care of my needs. I trust them completely with my care and would happily come back!
