ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Feb. 2, 2026) – Trinity Health Ann Arbor has announced its upcoming Lifestyle Medicine virtual class schedule. The upcoming virtual programs will cover a range of evidence based wellness topics, including Weight and Wellbeing, Strategies for Blood Pressure Management, Evidence Based Approaches to Managing Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Cancer Survivorship, and Thriving Through Menopause and Beyond.

“Each class this year is thoughtfully designed to empower individuals and families with practical, evidence-based tools to support their long-term health,” said Lisa McDowell, director of nutrition and lifestyle medicine at Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Trinity Health Livingston and Chelsea Hospital. “By exploring the six pillars of lifestyle medicine — optimal nutrition, daily movement, connectedness, avoidance of risky substances, supportive stress management, and restorative sleep — these programs give participants the knowledge and confidence to improve their well-being in meaningful and sustainable ways.”
