About this event

Join us for our fourth annual, all day, in-person educational event about kidney transplant!

6.5 continuing education hours will be awarded for completion of the education for RNs, Providers, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Pharmacists. Registration will include continental breakfast and lunch. Attendees will also have an opportunity to interact with several community exhibitors during the event.
