Free Car Seat Check Station- E-Community Services

Free, no-contact car seat checks and education are provided to parents and caregivers by appointment only.
Learn how to properly install a car seat, fit it to your child, and harness your child into the seat from a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician! Car Seat Checks are held three days each month. Check below for available dates. Registration is required.

• Please plan for at least 30 minutes or more for each appointment.
• Register 1 car seat/child for each appointment time.
• Preferred to have child present.
• Vehicle must be present for the entire appointment.
• Upon Arrival, caregiver will need to complete a waiver and car seat inspection form. Car seat safety appointments are held in an open air area and COVID safety protocol will be observed.

• Families needing a car seat or booster seat can contact Trinity Health Oakland at 248-758-7065.
• Families who already have a car seat can still schedule a seat check by appointment.
