In this 6-week online program, you’ll learn practical, science-based strategies rooted in Lifestyle Medicine—including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and more—to support healthy weight goals and enhance overall well-being.Cost / Billing Information:
Insurance is billed for these classes. Contact your insurance provider to verify whether or not they cover Medical Nutrition Therapy CPT code 97804 and ask if you need a referral from your physician. Each class you attend is billed to your insurance. If your insurance does not cover the classes, the cost is $44 per class. The total out-of-pocket cost for all six classes is $264.
Lifestyle Medicine for Weight and Well-being: A 6-Week Journey to Health
This virtual, 6-week series provides attendees with practical, evidence-based strategies rooted in the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine—including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoiding risky substances—to support healthy weight and overall well-being.
Classes empower learners with the science behind these recommendations and how to turn this knowledge into sustainable, daily actions.
Classes include:
1. Guidance on applying Lifestyle Medicine principles to support healthy weight and vitality
2. Access to an on-demand culinary video library with plant-based cooking demos and tips
3. Tools for translating information into realistic, everyday actions
4. Weekly check-in emails including links to recipes, handouts and additional resources

Meet Your Instructor: This class is taught by Emily Haller, MS, RDN, DipACLM. Emily is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in lifestyle medicine, digestive health, and endurance sports nutrition. She brings a warm, inclusive approach to her teaching and is passionate about empowering people with practical tools to support health and long-term well-being. Her teaching style is approachable, evidence-based, and focused on real-world, actionable steps that help individuals make meaningful progress toward whole-person health.
