Our Team Training offers athletes the opportunity to privately train with their peers and receive specialized training tailored to their needs and goals. Every athlete will be provided with training that is safe, age-appropriate, and effective in helping them achieve sustained success with their sport.

  • Prior to training, all athletes will be given the opportunity to complete a training readiness questionnaire that will help identify areas outside of training, such as nutritional and energy needs, that can be addressed alongside training to achieve optimal results.
  • A portion of the first session will be used to assess functional movement and establish baseline scores for each athlete. Functional movement will be consistently assessed and monitored throughout training to guide training modifications for optimal results.
  • Baseline performance testing will take place within the first couple of sessions to establish a baseline score for each athlete. Post-training testing will take place within the last few sessions to measure progress.

Training Recommendations

  • Appropriate for athletes ages 10 and up
  • Group or teams ranging from 5 to a maximum of 20 athletes
  • Train a minimum of 2 days per week for a minimum of 8 weeks
