Game Night Health Tips for Fans

Balance gameday treats with healthier choices. Drink water and choose options like fruits, vegetables, hummus, nuts, and grilled items whenever available. Check out our healthy choice options for game day, and every day!

Use intermission to get moving. Stretch at your seat, walk the concourse or take a lap around the room if you’re watching from home.

Wash or sanitize your hands before eating and after touching high-contact surfaces around the arena. Wear earplugs, take breaks from loud areas, and watch for signs of ringing or discomfort.

A good hockey game can be intense. Take a few slow, deep breaths to relax and stay calm during those nail-biting moments.

The hockey arena can be chilly! Dress in layers so you are comfortable throughout the game and wear comfortable shoes for those extra steps and better traction to prevent slips and falls.

Don’t let those late-night puck drops steal your sleep. A good night’s rest helps your body recover and supports your overall health and well-being.
