Concert Night Health Tips

We’re here to keep you feeling your best from the first note to the final encore.

Concerts are high-energy! Take simple steps to stay safe: hydrate (especially in warm weather), use sunscreen, wear light clothing, know exit locations and medical areas, and keep your phone charged.

Enjoy live music while protecting your hearing. Wear earplugs (especially near speakers), take breaks from loud areas and watch for signs of ringing or discomfort.

Dancing, walking and long music sets can take a toll on your body. Drink water even if you don’t feel thirsty, choose snacks with protein and whole grains and avoid excess alcohol.

Live music can lower stress and anxiety, strengthen social connections and support mindfulness when you stay in the moment.

A great night doesn’t end when the music stops. To help your body recover get a good night’s sleep, rehydrate, eat a nourishing meal and take time to rest and recharge.
